Dan was friendly from the very start. Asked a lot of questions to determine what I needed. Offered me a test drive on several units I was considering. Then he gave me a no nonsense / no pressure price. Reviewed any accessories I wanted. Had the unit ready in 2 days. Introduced me to the service staff.
