I was able to speak with Dan a couple times on the phone before visiting the store to pick up my purchase. Dan was very helpful, answered all my questions with honesty, helped me narrow down the perfect choice in a CargoMax trailer. On arrival Casey was friendly and eager to help me when I arrived 15 minutes before opening and got the ball rolling to get me taken care of, as Dan was with a customer.
